These terms apply to use of the website and purchases made through it. By accessing koiaut.com, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these terms and applicable store policies. If you do not agree, do not use the website or submit an order.

Eligibility & Customer Accounts

You must have legal capacity to enter a binding agreement, or use the store with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian. If you create an account, you are responsible for accurate information, safeguarding login credentials, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, materials, pricing, and availability accurately. Order Submission & Acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt and does not necessarily mean acceptance. Processing, Shipping, Returns & Order Problems

Orders are normally processed within 2–4 business days after confirmation; holidays, promotions, or high volume may require up to 5 business days. Estimated transit to supported U.S. destinations is generally 10–15 business days after dispatch and is not guaranteed. Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery, subject to return requirements. Report damaged, incomplete, incorrect, or materially different orders within 7 calendar days after delivery; following confirmation of an error attributable to us, an appropriate solution will be provided at no additional cost.

Order Changes, Cancellations & Promotions

Submit change or cancellation requests as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts before fulfillment begins, but changes cannot be guaranteed after processing, packaging, shipment preparation, or dispatch. No cancellation fee applies to a successful pre-fulfillment cancellation. Promotions and discount codes may have expiration dates, eligibility, minimum-purchase, exclusion, availability, and usage conditions.

Product Use & Safety

Use products lawfully and according to product descriptions, care information, and safety instructions. Review any age, usage, care, or supervision guidance before use. Website content does not guarantee a personal, medical, financial, or other result and is not professional advice.

Returns & Refunds

Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery, subject to applicable requirements. Following an approved return, receipt, and inspection, an eligible refund is initiated to the original payment method within 5–10 business days; a payment provider may require more time to post the credit.

Reviews & Customer Content

By submitting a review, photograph, comment, or other content, you confirm that it is lawful and does not infringe another person’s rights. We may decline or remove content that is unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, misleading, infringing, contains sensitive personal information, or is unrelated to the relevant product or service.
